We will ensure and maintain the quality of service for each contract through our Quality System. MRV prides itself on carrying out regular QA inspections. The monitoring of our contract standards is not only viewed as a routine procedure in line with a set time scale i.e. weekly and monthly, but also as an important part of our Site Supervisor’s on going daily responsibilities.

MRV Support Services provide an effective service that delivers the expected results and we believe staff training is instrumental. As a result we ensure that all levels of staff receive full training to ROSPA & BICSC’s standards. All current and new employees will receive induction training before they are allocated a specific area of responsibility. Our Managing Director and dedicated BICSc Training Assessor will provide this training. Our suppliers will also carry out chemical training and machinery training.
